"Vison through the Self, Foundation in Truth"
Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chandra, Director
"Returning to our roots is not a regression; it is the ultimate fortification of our future. RASHI Care Foundation was birthed from the resolve of 'Bharat-Bodh'—the realization of India’s true essence. For too long, the Indian intellect was measured by foreign yardsticks, resulting in an immense loss of originality and civilizational confidence. Our mission is to reclaim that 'Intellectual Sovereignty' which is the very soul of Bharat.
My personal journey—a battle with a rare and life-threatening condition, Amyloidosis—served as the catalyst for this foundation. It was in the crucible of my own suffering that I realized the limitations of a singular medical approach and the profound, untapped potential of Ayurveda and Yoga. I realized that 'Rare' should never mean 'Incurable' or 'Forgotten.'
As the world grapples with intricate mental and physical health crises, modern science requires a complementary and holistic ally. Our focus is to champion research in Ayurveda and traditional medicine, specifically for Rare Diseases, offering humanity an alternative that is not only effective but also accessible and sustainable.
However, RCF is more than a research center; it is a philosophical movement. We are marching toward the creation of an 'Intellectual India,' where the prestige of Truth is rooted in the fragrance of our own soil and the vision of our own culture. We are building a model where a child in a remote village has the same access to life-saving indigenous research as a person in a metropolitan city. I welcome all thinkers, researchers, and philanthropists to join us in this grand civilizational Yajna."
Founded with a vision of a peaceful, inclusive, and resilient India, RASHI Care Foundation preserves and adapts India’s intangible cultural and spiritual traditions into practical programs for communities. We believe that understanding one’s cultural roots strengthens ethical living, mental wellness, and social cohesion.
Our core values—Inclusivity, Integrity, Respect for Diversity, Authenticity, Evidence-Based Practices, and Sustainability—guide every program we implement.
From education and youth engagement to community wellness and cultural preservation, RCF works hand-in-hand with local communities, scholars, and practitioners to revive and transmit cultural knowledge. Our approach is holistic, outcomes-focused, and evidence-driven, ensuring long-term benefits and tangible community impact.
The Rashi Care Foundation (RCF) is guided by a diverse board of thought leaders, academicians, and legal experts. Our governance structure ensures transparency, ethical integrity, and the strategic alignment of our "Research, Knowledge & Digital Platform" initiatives with our core mission of community wellbeing and cultural preservation.
Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chandra is a rare synthesis of academic depth and high administrative acumen. Having served in prestigious government positions and represented India on international diplomatic stages from the USA to Afghanistan, he is a doyen of law and a prolific author. His personal triumph over the rare disease Amyloidosis transformed his individual pain into a global mission. Today, he leads this intellectual 'Yajna' to reclaim India’s civilizational narrative.
A dedicated educationist, Mrs. Arunima Chandra has spent her life nurturing the sanctity of education and the seeds of character. Her nationalist ethos is rooted in the belief that India’s eternal knowledge traditions hold the keys to modern global crises. She is the guardian of the foundation’s mission to pass this legacy to the next generation.
A poignant chronicler of Hindi journalism, Srirajesh’s writing is tempered by the heat of experience and steeped in human sensitivity. He expertly deciphers the crises of modern hyper-materialism, seeking solutions through the lens of sociology, psychology, and history. With over half a dozen acclaimed books, 'Indianness' remains the heartbeat of his work.
A stalwart in the field of Law and Justice, Mr. B.K. Mishra is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India. His profound mastery of the Constitution provides the bedrock for the Foundation.
