MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

"Vison through the Self, Foundation in Truth"

Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chandra, Director

"Returning to our roots is not a regression; it is the ultimate fortification of our future. RASHI Care Foundation was birthed from the resolve of 'Bharat-Bodh'—the realization of India’s true essence. For too long, the Indian intellect was measured by foreign yardsticks, resulting in an immense loss of originality and civilizational confidence. Our mission is to reclaim that 'Intellectual Sovereignty' which is the very soul of Bharat.

My personal journey—a battle with a rare and life-threatening condition, Amyloidosis—served as the catalyst for this foundation. It was in the crucible of my own suffering that I realized the limitations of a singular medical approach and the profound, untapped potential of Ayurveda and Yoga. I realized that 'Rare' should never mean 'Incurable' or 'Forgotten.'

As the world grapples with intricate mental and physical health crises, modern science requires a complementary and holistic ally. Our focus is to champion research in Ayurveda and traditional medicine, specifically for Rare Diseases, offering humanity an alternative that is not only effective but also accessible and sustainable.

However, RCF is more than a research center; it is a philosophical movement. We are marching toward the creation of an 'Intellectual India,' where the prestige of Truth is rooted in the fragrance of our own soil and the vision of our own culture. We are building a model where a child in a remote village has the same access to life-saving indigenous research as a person in a metropolitan city. I welcome all thinkers, researchers, and philanthropists to join us in this grand civilizational Yajna."
