Community Welfare: "Healthy India, Prosperous India"

  • Healthcare Outreach : Providing integrated medical services in rural areas through expert Vaidyas and modern clinicians.
  • Preventive Healthcare : Promoting Ritucharya (seasonal lifestyle) and Dinacharya (daily routine) to combat lifestyle-induced ailments like Diabetes and Hypertension.

The Community Wellbeing & Health program of RASHI Care Foundation focuses on enhancing mental, physical, and social health within local communities through culturally grounded and evidence-based practices. We recognize that well-being extends beyond physical health and includes emotional balance, social harmony, and community resilience.

Our initiatives include Community Yoga & Wellness Centers where individuals of all ages engage in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions. These practices are tailored to respect local cultural contexts while promoting mental clarity, stress reduction, and emotional resilience.

RCF also conducts Mobile Health Camps that bring mental health awareness, basic healthcare, and wellness guidance to underserved areas. These camps integrate modern medical practices with culturally relevant methods to encourage participation and acceptance.

In addition, our Elder–Youth Intergenerational Programs connect older community members with younger generations through storytelling, arts, and traditional crafts. These activities foster mutual understanding, preserve cultural knowledge, and strengthen social bonds.

The program also emphasizes community counseling workshops, conflict resolution training, and group activities to create supportive networks, especially in areas with social stress or inter-community tension. By combining health, culture, and community engagement, the Community Wellbeing & Health program aims to empower individuals, promote holistic wellness, and build resilient communities that can thrive socially and emotionally while maintaining their cultural identity.

NIRAMAY: THE RARE RESOLVE

The Philosophy of 'Anukta Vyadhi'

In the realm of modern medicine, a disease is often dismissed if it doesn't fit into known categories. In Ayurveda, we work with the concept of 'Anukta Vyadhi'—diseases that are not explicitly named in texts but can be understood through the principles of Dosha, Dushya, and Adhisthana.

NIRAMAY: The RARE Resolve is a pioneering initiative dedicated to addressing the complexities of rare diseases. We believe that 'Rare' does not mean 'Incurable.'

The Roadmap for Rare Diseases:

Phase 1: Mapping & National Registry

We are building a 'National Rare Disease Registry' to document patients who have exhausted modern medical options. We classify these through the lens of Ayurvedic diagnostics.

Phase 2: Integrative Clinical Protocols

Developing a "Co-management" model where the precision of Allopathic diagnosis meets the regenerative power of Ayurvedic therapy. This includes studying phyto-chemistry and molecular impacts of traditional herbs.

Phase 3: Advocacy & Policy Integration

Sensitizing the Ministry of Health and international bodies to include traditional medicine protocols in the 'National Policy for Rare Diseases.'
